This policy explains the conditions under which purchases on Easy Auto Paper may be cancelled or refunded.
📦 Nature of the Product
Easy Auto Paper sells digital question quotas that are consumed as exam papers are generated. As a digital service, the return of physical goods does not apply; refunds are handled as described below.
🛑 Cancellation
You may cancel and request a full refund of a package as long as no more than 10% of its questions have been consumed.
💵 Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered when all of the following apply:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- No more than 10% of the package’s questions have been consumed
- Payment was made through an approved payment gateway
If you have consumed 10% or less of the questions in a package, you are eligible for a full refund of that package. Once usage exceeds 10%, the package is considered used and is non-refundable.

- Packages that have been fully utilized
- Purchases older than 7 days, unless required by law
🔁 Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
