By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
📝 Description of Service
Easy Auto Paper is a question-bank and exam-paper generation platform for teachers and educational institutions. Users purchase a quota of questions and use it to generate professionally formatted papers — question paper, answer key and MCQ bubble sheet — as downloadable PDF files. Coverage includes Classes 5 to 12 and entry-test syllabi such as MDCAT and ECAT.
👤 Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
💳 Packages, Questions & Payments
Access is based on a question quota purchased as a package. Questions are consumed as papers are generated. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways (such as PayFast). Prices are shown on the Service and may change with notice.
Your quota is debited per question included in a generated paper. Consumed questions are not restored.
✅ Acceptable Use
When using the Service you agree that you will:
- Use the Service only for your own teaching and assessment purposes
- Not scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the question bank
- Not resell, redistribute or sublicense questions or content
- Not share your account access with others
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
🔐 Intellectual Property
The question bank, software, branding and all related content remain the property of Easy Auto Paper. Papers you generate may be used for your legitimate educational purposes; the underlying questions and platform may not be redistributed or sold.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Easy Auto Paper shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
🚫 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
🔄 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
